Synopsis
Man with the Screaming Brain (2005) is a sci-fi horror comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Bruce Campbell stars as an arrogant American tycoon and directs the whole thing himself, dropping the action into post-Soviet Bulgaria.
The setup is pure pulp. A mad scientist stitches two brains into one skull — the snobbish businessman's and that of a murdered Bulgarian cab driver. Now two voices bicker over who gets to run the body while it hunts down the killer they share. Campbell hams it up with the same crooked grin he wore in Evil Dead, throwing in a robot sidekick, loose scalpels and gleefully cheap effects. This isn't big cinema; it's a knowing trash romp made for the cult crowd, and that's the whole charm.
