Ferocious Bambr

At Soyuzmultfilm in 1988, director Natalia Dabizha made Ferocious Bambr — a ten-minute cartoon you can watch online on iFILM. It introduces the title character: a shaggy, solitary creature whose main activity is frightening anyone who comes near.

The complication is his tail — it turns out to be kind-hearted, and it quietly undoes every act of menace Bambr attempts. When friendship eventually arrives, he has no defence left against it.
