Synopsis

Boogeyman (2005) is a supernatural horror from director Stephen Kay, and you can watch it online on iFILM. Tim is twenty now, but he never shook one childhood night: something pulled his father out of the bedroom and into the closet, and the man was never seen again.

As an adult, Tim (Barry Watson) tries to rationalize it all away — maybe Dad just walked out. To finally bury the fear, he drives back to the house where he grew up and forces himself to spend a night there. Closet doors, half-lit hallways, that gap under the bed: every shape in the dark starts to feel alive. His childhood friend Kate (Emily Deschanel) wants to help, while a quiet little girl named Franny seems to understand the house far too well.

Produced by Sam Raimi's Ghost House Pictures, the movie leans on dread rather than gore — creaks, shadows and the thing you almost see. It runs a lean 89 minutes and plays like one long fear-of-the-dark anxiety attack. Good pick if you enjoy mood-driven haunted-house scares over splatter. Stream Boogeyman (2005) online on iFILM.
