The Fanatic

Moose is a movie fanatic with an all-consuming devotion to action star Hunter Dunbar. He's not calculating — he just can't read a room or a boundary. When a chance meeting with his idol goes sideways, Moose doesn't walk away. He tracks down Dunbar's home address through a paparazzo friend and starts showing up uninvited, again and again, until things unravel badly for both of them.

Fred Durst — yes, that Fred Durst — approaches the story with more sympathy for Moose than you might expect, framing the obsession as painful isolation rather than pure malice. Travolta commits fully to a role that asks him to be ridiculous and genuinely unsettling at the same time.
