Synopsis

Bjørn and Louise accept a weekend at the Dutch couple's remote country house. Every time it would make sense to pack up and leave, they stay instead. That very politeness is the trap the film tightens around them.
Tafdrup built his dread out of manners rather than monsters: the horror grows from a refusal to seem rude. The ending pulls no punches and is not for anyone after a cozy scare.
