Chained

Chained (2012) is Jennifer Lynch's psychological horror-thriller, available to watch online on iFILM. A taxi ride seals an eight-year-old boy's fate the moment he and his mother climb in. The driver, who calls himself Bob, is a serial killer.

The boy never sees his mother again. Bob locks Tim away in his isolated house, renames him, and over the years molds him into a servant who scrubs floors, buries victims, and absorbs the killer's twisted lessons about how the world works. Vincent D'Onofrio plays the captor with zero theatrics, quiet and ordinary in a way that chills harder than any rant. The grown Tim, played by Eamon Farren, edges toward the choice that will define him: run, or become what raised him.
