Synopsis

The gift came from her parents, who once volunteered for a shady government drug trial. Now a secret agency known only as The Shop wants Charlie for itself: agents kill her mother, snatch the girl, and try to weaponize her. David Keith plays her desperate father, with nine-year-old Drew Barrymore as Charlie. George C. Scott turns up as the ice-cold assassin Rainbird, alongside Martin Sheen and Heather Locklear.
