Robin Hood is old. A lifetime of theft and violence sits behind him, and whatever story he once told himself about robbing the rich has long since curdled into something harder to look at. A battle he expected to be his last leaves him gravely wounded. He comes to in the hands of a woman he doesn't know, who offers him something that might be salvation — or something else entirely.

Sarnoski frames this less as a swashbuckling finale than as a reckoning. Jackman plays a man who built an identity out of a myth and now has to stand in front of what the myth was hiding.
