Viral (2016) is a teen pandemic horror you can watch online on iFILM. A parasite is spreading across the country, turning the infected into violent hosts, and two sisters wind up sealed inside their suburban home while the military quarantines the block.

With their parents stranded outside the zone, Emma and Stacey Drake are on their own as the neighborhood empties out. Stacey catches the infection, and Emma hides her from patrols and neighbors even though she knows where it's heading. The film comes from Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman, the directing pair behind the Paranormal Activity sequels. Sofia Black-D'Elia anchors it as a kid forced to grow up in one night, and a young Colson Baker, soon to be Machine Gun Kelly, turns up in the cast.

The real dread here isn't the parasite. It's a family coming apart under pressure. At a lean 86 minutes the story stays small, four or five faces and a basement room, the apocalypse shrunk to one hallway. It's for fans of tight survival horror over big-budget outbreak spectacle.
