Igor

Igor (2008) is an animated comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Tony Leondis with John Cusack voicing the title character. Set in the gloomy kingdom of Malaria, it follows a hunchbacked lab assistant who refuses to spend his life pulling levers for an evil scientist.

This particular Igor wants to invent something of his own and win the annual Evil Science Fair. So he stitches together a towering creature meant to be the most terrifying monster ever built. The trouble: his creation, named Eva, would rather sing on stage than destroy anything, and she's convinced she's good at heart. Helping him are a cranky immortal rabbit and a Brain in a jar who is short on actual brains. The voice cast piles on the talent, with Steve Buscemi, Sean Hayes, John Cleese and Eddie Izzard.

It's a family film with Tim Burton-flavored gothic visuals and a surprisingly warm message: nobody is born a villain. The humor runs darker than most kids' animation dares to go, which is exactly what gives it character. Stream Igor (2008) online on iFILM.
