Synopsis

Megan guns down an armed robber by the book. But his weapon vanishes from the scene, and without it her bosses start treating her like a cop who killed an unarmed man. The gun was lifted by a witness — Eugene, a smooth commodities trader who happens to be deeply unwell. He carves Megan's name into the bullets and starts using them, leaving a trail of bodies that all point back to her. Ron Silver plays the stalker whose fixation on the young officer curdles into obsession.
