Holidays (2016) is a horror anthology you can watch online on iFILM. Eight dates we usually celebrate get turned inside out and dragged toward their darkest possible meaning.

Each segment comes from a different filmmaker, among them Kevin Smith, Gary Shore, Kevin Kolsch and Sarah Adina Smith. Valentine's Day becomes a bullied girl's act of revenge; Easter terrifies a child with a nightmarish hybrid of bunny and crucified Christ; St. Patrick's Day brings a pregnancy with no human father; and Halloween settles a score through three cam girls. Eight occasions, eight tones, swinging from grim fable to pitch-black comedy, just as the tagline "Everyone has a dark side" promises.

Anthologies are uneven by nature, and this one is no exception: some chapters land hard, others only scratch, but none drag.
