Constantinople (Season 1)

"Constantinople" (2025) is a Russian historical drama you can watch online on iFILM. November 1920: White Guard officer Sergei Neratov arrives in Constantinople with the remnants of Wrangel's army and thousands of civilian refugees. His wife and children are dead. The army is finished. The city they had hoped would offer safety treats Russians as people of no account.

Alexander Ustyugov plays Neratov as a man who chooses purpose over collapse — he steps into the role of community leader not because he wants power but because no one else will stand between the refugees and the indifference around them. Oksana Akinshina and Kirill Kyaro anchor an international cast; the series was filmed partly on location in Azerbaijan, which gives the Constantinople setting real texture.
