Lucky Luke

Lucky Luke (2009) is an adventure comedy western you can watch online on iFILM, with Jean Dujardin as the cowboy who draws faster than his own shadow. The President hands him one assignment: ride into Daisy Town and bring some order to the lawless place.

Adapted from Morris's beloved Franco-Belgian comic, the film crowds its dusty main street with Wild West legends — Billy the Kid, Jesse James and the wildly unpredictable Calamity Jane all show up to make Luke's job harder. The loner gunslinger also crosses paths with Belle, a saloon singer, and stumbles into pieces of his own past. Sylvie Testud and Alexandra Lamy fill out the supporting roster.

Director James Huth goes for a deliberately cartoonish, candy-colored West, all stunts, shootouts and sight gags rather than grit. It's a spoof first and a story second.
