Synopsis

The year is 1943. Steve, played by Chris Evans, teams up with his best friend Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) and British agent Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) to take down HYDRA — a rogue Nazi weapons division led by the Red Skull (Hugo Weaving). The Red Skull has seized the Tesseract, an energy source of unknown origin, and wants to raze Allied cities one by one. Stanley Tucci plays the scientist behind the super-soldier serum; Tommy Lee Jones is the gruff colonel who never quite believes in Rogers until it matters most.
