The Accidental Spy

The Accidental Spy (特務迷城, 2001) is a Hong Kong action comedy starring Jackie Chan, and you can watch it online on iFILM. Director Teddy Chan blends a spy plot with chases and Chan's trademark stunt work.

Buck is an ordinary fitness-gear salesman in Hong Kong who always figured his life would amount to nothing more. Then he stumbles into a bank robbery, foils it on instinct, and wakes up a local hero in the morning papers. A private investigator soon tells him his real father was a mysterious millionaire and lures him to a meeting, first in Turkey, then in Korea. The inheritance comes tangled with something far deadlier: a stolen virus that several intelligence services are racing to grab. Barely grasping what he has walked into, Buck ends up caught between all of them.

The reason to watch is Chan himself, doing his own stunts, including the famous market chase through Istanbul where he flees with nothing on at all.
