The 51st State

McElroy wants one last deal big enough to retire on. His old boss, a brute called the Lizard (Meat Loaf), hires assassin Dakota to take him out — and she happens to be the ex of Felix (Robert Carlyle), the local fixer stuck babysitting the American. From there it all unravels. A nightclub owner, a bent cop, petty thugs and a gang of skinheads each want a cut of the miracle powder.
