Synopsis

Director Chad Stahelski, a career stunt coordinator, escalates the action geometry with each installment, and Parabellum is his most elaborate entry: knife fights in an antique shop, a horse stable brawl, a desert crossing, a rooftop siege. Halle Berry joins as Sofia, a fellow guild veteran with her own trained attack dogs and a reason to distrust Wick. Ian McShane returns as Winston, Laurence Fishburne as the Bowery King, and Angelica Huston appears as the Director — the woman who shaped Wick long before he had a name. The Raid veterans Yayan Ruhian and Cecep Arif Rahman show up for a single fight sequence that earns the whole film's runtime.
