About

Synopsis

The Recruit (2003) is a spy thriller directed by Roger Donaldson that you can watch online on iFILM. Colin Farrell plays James Clayton, an MIT computer science prodigy recruited into the CIA by veteran operative Walter Burke — played by Al Pacino — who dangles one piece of bait Clayton can't ignore: a possible connection to his father's mysterious disappearance years earlier.

Clayton lands at the Farm, the CIA's secret training facility in rural Virginia, where instructors run recruits through scenarios designed to break them. The first rule Burke teaches: nothing is what it seems. When Burke pulls Clayton out early and assigns him to hunt a mole inside the agency, Clayton doesn't know if it's the real mission or just another test — and that uncertainty is exactly the point.

Farrell and Pacino work opposite ends of the same game. One is trying to figure out who to trust. The other already knows. Stream The Recruit (2003) online on iFILM.
