Leprechaun

Leprechaun (1993) is a horror comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Warwick Davis stars as a vicious little Irish creature who hunts down his stolen pot of gold while spitting out rhyming curses and bad puns.

The setup is gleefully thin. A man hauls a fortune of gold back from Ireland, never noticing he also smuggled home its furious owner. Ten years on, a group of young people show up to fix up the same farmhouse, and the freed leprechaun starts killing for every missing coin. One of the targets is a very young Jennifer Aniston in her first real film role, a year before Friends made her famous. Ken Olandt and Mark Holton fill out the doomed crew.

There's no point taking any of this seriously: the budget is pocket change, the logic is nonexistent, and the monster cracks jokes more than he scares. Yet that cheap nerve spawned an entire franchise that eventually sent the creature to space and the hood. Pure junk-food fun for fans of nineties trash horror and bad-movie nights.
