Coast Guard officer Dragon Ma refuses to let his unit be made a laughingstock. When the navy keeps getting outmaneuvered by the pirate lord Lo, Dragon takes the fight into his own hands, dragging two unreliable allies along for the ride. Sammo Hung and Yuen Biao round out the trio, and the friction between the three is half the fun.

This is the film that first put Chan, Hung and Biao on screen together, and the stunts became the stuff of legend: a bicycle brawl through cramped alleys and a clock-tower fall shot with no safety net.
