Synopsis
Sleep Tight (Mientras duermes, 2011) is a Spanish thriller from Jaume Balagueró that you can watch online on iFILM. César, a Barcelona apartment-block concierge, greets every tenant with a warm smile. He just can't feel happy himself. So he makes sure no one around him does either.
Luis Tosar plays César, and his quiet, watchful face carries the whole film. At night he slips into residents' flats, fixating on cheerful Clara (Marta Etura) and slowly poisoning her good mood while staying completely invisible. No masks, no chase scenes. The dread comes from intimacy: a stranger who knows everything about you while you sleep.
Balagueró, who made the found-footage shocker [REC], trades jump scares for cold psychological pressure and shoots largely from the villain's side, daring you to root for the wrong man.
