Synopsis
New Gods: Nezha Reborn (2021) is a Chinese animated action feature you can watch online on iFILM. Director Zhao Ji drops a figure from ancient myth into a neon-soaked city where gods now walk around in human bodies.
The hero spends his days hauling cargo and racing motorcycles, unaware that the spirit of Nezha — the warrior who beat the Dragon King three thousand years ago — sleeps inside him. Then an old enemy resurfaces in this reborn world, and he has to rediscover powers he never knew he had to keep the people he loves safe. The art mashes up dieselpunk machinery, retro-future skylines and Chinese folklore, and the chase sequences hit hard.
