Synopsis

A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas (2011) is the gleefully crude holiday comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Todd Strauss-Schulson, it catches up with the slacker duo six years after Guantanamo, now drifted apart into completely different lives.

Harold has gone respectable: married, settled, and desperate to impress his intimidating father-in-law. Then Kumar turns up on his doorstep with a suspicious package, and within minutes the old man's cherished Christmas tree is a smoking ruin. To replace it before the holiday is wrecked, the pair tear across New York City, falling into one deranged mess after another. A mobster's daughter, a borrowed baby, a stop-motion claymation freak-out, and a Santa nobody should envy all stand in their way.

This third outing was shot in 3D and milks the gimmick shamelessly, hurling everything straight at the camera. John Cho and Kal Penn fall right back into the rhythm, and Neil Patrick Harris swings by for a scene-stealing encore. Strictly for grown-ups who like their Christmas humor filthy and fearless.
