Synopsis
Casper: A Spirited Beginning (1997) is a family fantasy comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Sean McNamara, it's the prequel to the 1995 Casper feature — tracing how the friendly little ghost first stumbled into the world of the living.
Unlike his rowdy ghost companions, Casper has zero interest in scaring anyone. On the run from a trio of mischievous spooks, he ends up in the home of Chris Carson, a boy at odds with his dad. The two unlikely friends bond quickly, and before long they're up against a threat bigger than either of them bargained for. Steve Guttenberg and Lori Loughlin round out the cast alongside Rodney Dangerfield.
