The Benchwarmers

Dennis Dugan directs, the regular hand behind Adam Sandler's run of comedies like Happy Gilmore and Big Daddy, with Sandler himself producing. The humor is broad and crude, aimed squarely at a mid-2000s teen crowd — nobody's coming for subtle satire, but fans of that Happy Madison style get precisely what they signed up for.
