The Animal

The Animal (2001) is a Rob Schneider comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Marvin Mange is a small-town loser who keeps flunking the police evidence-room job he desperately wants.

Then a car wreck nearly kills him. A back-alley scientist pieces him back together with animal parts, and suddenly Marvin can outrun a horse, sniff out crime blocks away, and haul a car off a trapped kid. He finally looks like the hero cop he always dreamed of being. The catch: the donor instincts come with the upgrades, so the wrong urge keeps surfacing at the worst possible time around his crush Rianna and his smug rival, Sgt. Sisk.

Directed by Luke Greenfield, with John C. McGinley and Ed Asner along for the ride, this one runs a lean 83 minutes and aims squarely at silly.
