Sharp Stick (2022) is an indie comedy-drama by Lena Dunham you can watch online on iFILM. Twenty-six-year-old Sarah Jo (Kristine Froseth) grew up on the fringes of Hollywood with her mother, a one-time actress played by Jennifer Jason Leigh, and her sister. An emergency hysterectomy at fifteen arrested her development in one specific way; now, a decade later, she is set on catching up.

Her affair with a married employer (Jon Bernthal) is less a love story than a tutorial — in desire, in power dynamics, in the ways good intentions still cause damage.
