Synopsis

Unfaithful (2002) is an erotic thriller directed by Adrian Lyne — the filmmaker behind Fatal Attraction and Indecent Proposal — that you can watch online on iFILM. Diane Lane, Richard Gere, and Olivier Martinez star in this Fox 2000 and Regency Enterprises production running 124 minutes.

Connie Sumner (Diane Lane) has a polished suburban life outside New York: devoted husband Edward (Richard Gere), a young son, a well-kept house. A windy afternoon in SoHo knocks her into a French book dealer named Paul Martel (Olivier Martinez). One coffee leads to another meeting, then another. Connie isn't looking for anything — she just can't stop going back. When Edward notices something is off and hires a private investigator, the marriage unravels in a direction neither of them planned.

Lyne adapted Claude Chabrol's 1969 French film "La Femme infidèle," reshaping the ending into something rawer and more ambiguous. Diane Lane earned an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress — the kind of recognition that rarely follows a film in this genre. Stream Unfaithful (2002) online on iFILM.
