Synopsis
The Witness (목격자, 2018) is a South Korean crime thriller from director Cho Kyu-jang you can watch online on iFILM. An ordinary man witnesses a brutal murder from the window of his new apartment building. The killer notices him.
What follows is a methodical trap. Lee Sung-min plays the lead as a man who wants to do the right thing and keep his family alive — and the film makes no promises he can have both. Kim Sang-ho plays the detective working the case. Every decision the protagonist makes only tightens the knot. The R rating is not incidental; this one doesn't soften the violence or the moral cost.
