Kamen Rider (1971), Season 7 mixes Japanese sci-fi with martial arts across 48 episodes you can watch online on iFILM. This time the hero, Kazuya Oki, takes the mask by choice, not by abduction.

Kazuya signs up for cybernetic surgery built for space: scientists rework his body so he can survive the vacuum without a suit, and tag him "Super-1." The launch never happens. The Dogma Kingdom storms the base, Kazuya alone walks out, and he heads back to Japan for payback. What sets this run apart starts there. Instead of one signature attack, Kazuya trains in kung fu under Master Genkai, and his "Five Hands" gauntlets swap functions to suit each fight. He breaks the Dogma Kingdom first, then faces the craftier Jin Dogma and its parade of object-monsters — scissors, refrigerators, anything ordinary turned deadly. A squad of kid sidekicks tags along late, and the final episodes steer the story back toward space.
