Shigeru cuts a deal with the evil order Black Satan, but revenge drives him, not loyalty. They murdered his mentor, so he lets them rebuild him into a cyborg to steal their power, then bolts from headquarters before the brainwashing takes. That escape turns him into Kamen Rider Stronger, a fighter wired with electricity. He doesn't fight alone: Yuriko Misaki, another lab-made cyborg who transforms into Tackle, stands beside him. The pair tear through Black Satan, and once that threat falls, a nastier force called the Delza Army steps in. The closing stretch raises the stakes until old Riders are pulled back into the war.

Produced by Toei from Shotaro Ishinomori's universe, this run breaks the usual pattern: the hero arrives already masked, skipping the long origin, with one of the franchise's earliest female warriors at his side.
