A group of archaeologists open a tomb that awakens horrible monsters, while journeyman Yusuke Godai is compelled to access a strange belt from the tomb to fight back against them.

A drunkard witnessed a murder by an Unidentified Lifeform near a Church. Meanwhile, Yusuke is bothered by the idea of fighting and is unsure if it was right until he saw the daughter of one of the slain archeologists crying.

Yusuke Godai leaves the message, "I've returned to Tokyo because of some important business. But I will return tonight."

As #5 continues to rampage with her speed through Tokyo, Ichijou must come to a decision regarding whether to work alongside Yusuke.

Through his combination with Detective Ichijo, Yusuke Godai a.k.a. Kuuga is victorious over the Unidentified Lifeform #5, Zu-Mebio-Da.

In the battle against Unidentified Lifeform #6, Zu-Batsu-Ba, who had been appearing frequently in the Suginami ward, Kuuga's body changed from red to blue...

Sakurako studies the letters drawn in blood that were left at the scene of Unidentified Lifeform murder cases, and tells Ichijo who has arrived in Nagano that those letters were originally of the Gurongi alphabet.

While Sakurako at Shinano University examines the characters for 'warrior' carved on the restored ruins, Yusuke and Sakurai's force are running about Tokyo after the appearance of Unidentified Lifeforms #3 Zu-Gooma-Gu and #43 Go-Zazaru-Ba.

Ichijo is injured by the woman with a rose tattoo and taken to Kanto Medical University. Thinking he has to do his best on Ichijo's behalf as well, Yusuke ruminates on the rules of Unidentified Lifeform #43 Go-Zazaru-Ba's game.

Unidentified Lifeform #43 Go-Zazaru-Ba continues the murder game within the city and Unidentified Lifeform #3 Zu-Gooma-Gu rampages in Chiba prefecture.

While Unidentified Lifeform #0 continues slaughtering a great number of other Lifeforms, Yusuke, Sakurako, Ichijo, Hikari and others all gather at Jonan University and report the results of each of their investigations.

Kuuga approaches Unidentified Lifeform #44, shark-type monster Go-Jaaza-Gi, but he is injured when Go-Jaaza-gi attacks suddenly from the sea.

Unidentified Lifeform #45, buffalo-type monster Go-Baberu-Da appears, and a massacre larger than any others so far unfolds throughout the city.

Finally Unidentified Lifeform #46, rhino beetle-type monster Go-Gadoru-Ba begins the Gegeru.

Yusuke has been trying to enhance his golden power even further for the fierce battle with #0 he expects to have, and just then becomes able to control that golden power to defeat Unidentified Lifeform #46, rhino beetle-type monster Go-Gadoru-Ba.

Through the efforts of Kuuga and the police, Unidentified Lifeform #46 Go-Gadoru-Ba is defeated. However it simultaneously means #0 will bring forth the ultimate darkness.

Yusuke resolves to become the 'dreadful warrior' in order to defeat #0, and before that final deciding battle, he rides his bike through the unrelenting downpour to give thanks once again to all the people who supported him.

To defeat the one who brings the ultimate darkness, N-Daguba-Zeba, Yusuke transforms into the Ultimate Form, the dreadful warrior. Staining the brilliant white snow field with crimson blood in this literal fight to the death, at last the conclusion is reached.
