Stree

Stree (2018) is an Indian horror-comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Amar Kaushik and set in the small town of Chanderi. Each year a female spirit called Stree appears at night and abducts men — leaving only their clothes and a name scratched on the wall.

Tailor Vicky (Rajkummar Rao) gets pulled into the mystery after meeting a woman (Shraddha Kapoor) whose motives he cannot read. His three friends are comprehensively useless, and the local folklore expert (Pankaj Tripathi) has all the answers but releases them at the worst possible moment. Rooted in a real viral urban legend from 1990s Karnataka, Stree became one of Bollywood's highest-grossing horror releases.
