Fatman

Fatman (2020) is a dark action-comedy you can watch online on iFILM, with Mel Gibson playing a gruff, financially struggling Santa Claus who takes a government weapons contract to keep his operation alive. Directed by Ian and Eshom Nelms.

At the same time, a spoiled twelve-year-old named Billy receives a lump of coal and — with complete seriousness — hires a hitman to settle the score. Walton Goggins plays that hitman with a quiet, methodical menace that ends up being one of the funniest and most unsettling things in the film.

The Nelms brothers aren't playing this for laughs exactly. It's closer to a slow-burn winter western — deadpan, slightly cruel, set against bleak Alaskan landscapes. Gibson commits entirely, and it pays off. Stream Fatman (2020) on iFILM.
