Putin (2025) is a Polish political thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Director Patryk Vega — whose confrontational films have stirred repeated controversy in Poland — wrote and directed this portrait of a man at the top of absolute power, built from imagination rather than declassified documents.

Sławomir Sobala plays the title figure. Thomas Kretschmann, who has spent a career in European historical cinema, is also in the cast. Vega frames the character as two men occupying the same body: the impassive strongman the world watches giving orders, and the one behind closed doors still driven by something that looks a lot like fear. The tagline — "Absolute power is never enough" — is the thesis, not a promise.
