Held (2020) is a single-location horror thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Emma and Henry book an upscale smart-home rental to patch up a marriage that's been quietly falling apart. Then a disembodied Voice wakes them — it sees everything and starts handing out orders.

The house locks them in. The watcher demands they act like a flawless couple: say the right things, defer to each other, obey on cue. Step out of line and pain follows. Jill Awbrey, who plays Emma, also wrote the screenplay, and it shows in how the script keeps tying the captor's rules back to the lies the marriage was built on.

Directors Travis Cluff and Chris Lofing keep the camera trapped in those rooms, running long stretches with almost no score so the dread builds on silence alone.
