Synopsis

Two years after losing their friend Jean, coach Matthias talks Selime — a kid from the suburbs he assumes is gay — into joining the team for the Gay Games in Tokyo, a trip meant to honor a friend gone far too soon. Then they miss their connection and end up stranded in rural Russia, one of the least welcoming places imaginable for a troupe like this. What follows is a chaotic, dangerous, and very glittery road trip.
Directors Maxime Govare and Cédric Le Gallo bring back the cast of the original Shiny Shrimps and crank everything up: more travel, more disasters, the same carnival humor wrapped around a real story about friendship and acceptance.
