It's the debut feature from directing duo Madeleine Sims-Fewer and Dusty Mancinelli, with Sims-Fewer herself in the lead, sparing neither her character nor the viewer. It premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and split audiences with the severity of a few key scenes.
