Rememory

Rememory (2017) is Mark Palansky's sci-fi mystery, free to watch online on iFILM. A scientist builds a machine that records and replays human memories — then turns up dead the night before he's set to unveil it.

An outsider named Sam Bloom takes the case on his own. He'd crossed paths with the inventor just before the death, and now he pockets the device and starts scrubbing through other people's recorded memories to find the killer among the professor's test subjects. The deeper Sam digs, the harder it gets to keep their pasts separate from his own — a past he is desperate to rewrite. Peter Dinklage leads, with Julia Ormond, Martin Donovan, and Anton Yelchin in one of his final roles.
