Eight Crazy Nights

Eight Crazy Nights (2002) is an animated Hanukkah musical comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Adam Sandler voices Davey Stone, a 33-year-old troublemaker whose latest stunt lands him in front of a judge — and straight into community service as a youth basketball referee.

His supervisor turns out to be Whitey Duvall, a relentlessly upbeat elderly official who has spent decades giving back to the community and getting zero credit for it. Rob Schneider and Kevin Nealon round out the cast, and Sandler also wrote most of the original songs on the soundtrack. The film is hand-drawn 2D animation, which gives it a different feel from the CGI holiday releases crowding the same season.
