Creep 2

So he posts an ad looking for a videographer for the day. Sara answers — she runs a struggling YouTube channel about meeting strangers and is desperate for footage that finally goes viral. Aaron tells her exactly what he is, up front. Instead of running, she decides his confession is the piece of art she's been chasing and drives out to his isolated house in the woods. What follows is a daylong duel of nerve between a manipulator who wants a witness and a woman who refuses to flinch.

Mark Duplass returns as Aaron and turns a small-scale predator into an awkward, disarming, genuinely unsettling presence. The whole thing rides on two performers and a single handheld camera, and that bareness is exactly what makes it sharper than most expensive horror.
