Synopsis
The Good Night (2007) is a bittersweet romantic fantasy you can watch online on iFILM. Gary, a former rock musician now grinding out advertising jingles, has hit a wall: his career bores him and his live-in relationship with Dora has gone cold.
Then sleep starts offering him something better. Night after night a woman named Anna appears in his dreams — warm, playful, everything his waking life isn't. Gary teaches himself to steer his own dreams just to spend a few more hours with her. When he spots her face on a bus billboard, he realizes she might be real.
Jake Paltrow's debut feature pulls together an unlikely cast: Martin Freeman as the daydreaming Gary, Penélope Cruz as the dream woman, plus Gwyneth Paltrow, Simon Pegg and Danny DeVito.
