Housesitter (1992), Frank Oz's romantic comedy with Steve Martin and Goldie Hawn, is ready to watch online on iFILM. An architect builds his dream house, then a total stranger moves in and calls herself his wife.

Newton Davis finishes a perfect home in his hometown and offers it, along with a marriage proposal, to his girlfriend Becky. She turns him down flat. Deflated, he heads to Boston and spends a single night with a waitress named Gwen (Hawn), a compulsive fabulist who lies the way other people breathe. When she hears about the empty house, she drives out and simply takes up residence, passing herself off as Newton's bride. She charms the neighbors, befriends his father, and runs up bills under her "husband's" name.

Newton comes back to mope in the empty rooms and walks straight into a web of invented marriage, which he then helps spin. Before long the two are performing wedded bliss for the whole town.
