Batman: Bad Blood

Batman: Bad Blood (2016) is a DC animated action feature you can watch online on iFILM. After a rooftop ambush by a masked zealot called the Heretic, Batman vanishes, and Gotham wakes up without the man who keeps it in line.

Holding the city together falls to the whole Bat-family. Nightwing, the grown-up Dick Grayson, pulls on the cowl himself so the underworld won't smell blood. Damian Wayne, Bruce's biological son and the current Robin, wants to do it his own reckless way. They're joined by Batwoman, Kate Kane, voiced by Yvonne Strahovski, and the rookie tech wizard Batwing. Piece by piece the team works out what really happened to Bruce and who is pulling the strings. Director Jay Oliva builds the story around the unit instead of a lone crusader.

This wraps the loose trilogy that began with Son of Batman and Batman vs. Robin, and it marks Batwoman's first appearance in the line. The fights hit hard and never coast on the cartoon label.
