Synopsis
The Cave (2005) is a creature-feature horror film you can watch online on iFILM. Deep in the Romanian woods, biologists uncover the ruins of a 13th-century abbey, and beneath it the mouth of a vast flooded cave system that appears on no map.
To go down, they bring in the best underwater cave divers around: Jack, his brother Tyler and their crew. Lena Headey and Piper Perabo round out the team. Their rebreathers buy them a full day below the surface, and at first the darkness reads like an untouched ecosystem. Then a rockslide seals the only way out. Whatever has been living down there already counts the divers as prey.
