Pandorum

Pandorum (2009) is a sci-fi horror thriller from director Christian Alvart, and you can watch it online on iFILM. Two men wake from hypersleep aboard the spaceship Elysium with their memories scrubbed nearly blank.

Corporal Bower (Ben Foster) climbs out of his pod into a flickering dark and pieces together the bad news fast: the reactor is failing, the systems are dead, and something is moving in the ducts. Lieutenant Payton (Dennis Quaid) stays behind, guiding him over the radio as fragments of who they are trickle back. The deeper Bower crawls, the clearer it gets that the ship was never empty. Pale, fast predators hunt the corridors, and the few survivors he finds, among them Nadia (Antje Traue) and a hardened fighter played by Cung Le, each carry a piece of the truth.

The title names a fictional deep-space affliction: the creeping paranoia that breaks a mind on a long voyage. Alvart keeps the camera boxed inside airlocks and crawlspaces, then springs a final turn that rewrites everything you assumed. Cam Gigandet and Norman Reedus round out the cast.
