Roofman

Roofman (2025) is Derek Cianfrance's crime comedy-drama, and you can watch it online on iFILM. Channing Tatum plays a broke ex-Army Ranger who robbed McDonald's restaurants by cutting through their roofs, then walked out of prison and hid in the last place anyone would look — a toy store.

For six months Jeff lives inside a Toys "R" Us. He sleeps in a hollow behind the stockroom shelves, spies on the staff through a hole in the wall, and slips out at night for food. The plan is to lie low and vanish. Then he meets Leigh (Kirsten Dunst), a divorced mom working the floor who has no idea what kind of man she's falling for. The closer they get, the tighter the net pulls, with his old life creeping up day by day.

It all comes from the real case of Jeffrey Manchester, who knocked over fast-food joints by the dozen. Cianfrance takes that ridiculous premise and shapes it into a tender, sad story about a guy who lies to everyone because it's the only way he knows how to love.
