In 2022, sisters Jade and Billie move to New Raccoon City with their father, Umbrella scientist Albert Wesker. A break-in at his lab ends with Billie bitten by an infected test animal, and ordinary high school nightmares give way to something far worse. By 2036 only about 300 million humans are left; the other six billion have turned into flesh-eating creatures carrying the T-virus. The grown-up Jade studies how the infected mutate while Umbrella's hunters close in. Ella Balinska leads, with Lance Reddick playing several versions of Wesker.
