Synopsis
Episodes (2011) is a British-American comedy series you can watch online on iFILM, built around the collision of two TV worlds — understated British wit and the loud machinery of Hollywood. Married writers Sean and Beverly Lincoln bring their beloved British hit to Los Angeles, where the network immediately begins dismantling everything that made it work.
The casting choice says it all: the studio wants Matt LeBlanc — playing himself — in a role that couldn't be further from what the Lincolns wrote. Tamsin Greig and Stephen Mangan carry the couple's slow-burn meltdown with precision, while LeBlanc proves he's more self-aware than anyone expected. The show ran five seasons across BBC Two and Showtime through 2017, and LeBlanc earned two Golden Globe nominations for the part.
